Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Triple O website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who We Are
Triple O provides a subscription-based service intended to help car owners manage predictable maintenance and certain covered repairs, coordinated through a structured service network.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services unlawfully.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
- Subscription pricing, plan benefits, and coverage details are shown during onboarding and inside the pricing/plan flow.
- By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan and billing frequency, unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access to subscription benefits until payment is successfully processed.
Service Requests and Coverage
The Services may allow you to request maintenance or repairs. Coverage depends on your plan, eligibility checks, and other conditions shown to you at the time of subscription and/or request.
- Some requests may require validation (such as vehicle checks, diagnostics, or confirmation of eligibility).
- We may apply fair-use or frequency guidelines to keep the service sustainable.
- Exclusions may apply, including pre-existing issues, misuse, accidents, or non-covered parts or services.
Partner Service Network
Work performed under your plan is generally coordinated through approved partner workshops and service providers. You agree that:
- Availability and scheduling may depend on location, partner capacity, and operating hours.
- Any work performed is subject to partner policies and operational requirements, in addition to these Terms.
Cancellations and Plan Changes
You may cancel or change your plan as described in your account settings (where available) or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan rules shown to you.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary data except where permitted by law.
- Upload malware or content that infringes rights or violates privacy.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by Triple O or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple O disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple O will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
Privacy and Cookies
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated date or sending a notice). Continuing to use the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
